1. What we offer

• Group Programs, like The Other Side of Fear: guided programs you go through with a cohort on a set schedule. They may include live sessions, video and audio content, an app, a community, and AI-powered tools.

• Private Client coaching: ongoing one-on-one coaching with Slade, typically billed monthly with a set number of sessions.

• Individual Sessions: one-time, one-on-one sessions with Slade.

Each offering describes what’s included when you purchase it.

2. Payment and recurring billing

Payment is due when you purchase. If your offering is billed monthly or in installments, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method on that schedule until the engagement ends or you cancel. We’ll always tell you the amount and billing date before recurring billing begins. To cancel future billing, just email admin@purposefull.ai at least 3 days before your next billing date. If you ever have a question about a charge, please reach out to us first. We’re happy to help.

3. Group Programs

Group Programs run on a set schedule with your cohort, which is a big part of what makes them work. Because of that, the schedule can’t be adjusted for individuals, and live sessions aren’t rescheduled. If you miss a session, don’t worry: we record live sessions so you can catch up (see Section 7).

When you enroll, you’re reserving your place in the cohort, so Group Program purchases are final and non-refundable, including for sessions you don’t attend. If something comes up, contact us. Any exception, such as moving you to a future cohort, is at our discretion.

4. Private Client coaching

Sessions are scheduled directly with Slade. Sessions in a billing period are used within that period and don’t roll over. You can reschedule within the same period with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice count as used. If we need to reschedule, you’ll get a makeup session.

If you haven’t had your first session yet, you can request a full refund. Once a billing period’s first session has taken place, payment for that period is non-refundable. If we can’t deliver a session you’ve paid for, you can choose a makeup session or a prorated refund. You can cancel future billing periods anytime.

5. Individual Sessions

Sessions are scheduled directly with Slade after purchase. You can reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice count as used and aren’t refundable. If we need to reschedule, you can choose a new time or a full refund.

6. Program content, app, and AI tools

Some offerings include video and audio content, an app, an online community, and AI-powered tools. Your access lasts for the period described when you purchase, and we may update or improve content and features over time.

Our AI tools, including any AI version of Slade, are there to support your work between sessions. Their responses are generated automatically, can sometimes be inaccurate, aren’t reviewed by Slade in real time, and aren’t professional advice. AI tools may have usage limits, and what you enter may be processed by trusted third-party providers to make the feature work.

Your access is just for you, so please don’t share your login.

7. Recordings

We record most live sessions, whether on video call, by phone, or another format. Here’s how we use them:

• So no one misses out: recordings of group sessions are shared inside the program, such as in the app or community, so participants can watch sessions they missed or revisit them.

• To share the work: we may use recordings, clips, quotes, and images from sessions, along with testimonials and feedback you give us, on our website, social media, video platforms, and in advertising. This can include emotional moments and the insights you discover, such as your fear statement, your purpose statement, and how they’ve changed your life. These moments are often what helps someone else take the first step.

By joining a session, you consent to being recorded and to these uses. You grant Purposefull, Inc. a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use, edit, reproduce, and publish these recordings and your name, likeness, image, and voice as they appear in them, in any media now known or later developed, without compensation to you.

Prefer to stay off camera in a group session? You’re always welcome to turn off your video. If you’d rather not appear in our marketing, just email admin@purposefull.ai. Your request applies to content created or published after we receive it. Content already published may remain in use, and recordings shared inside the program for participants aren’t affected.

8. Privacy in the group

We treat what you share with us as confidential, except as described in Section 7, or where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm. In group sessions, what you share is seen and heard by other participants, live and through recordings. Please respect everyone’s privacy: don’t record sessions yourself or share what others say outside the program.

9. Coaching, not therapy

Coaching isn’t therapy, counseling, or medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it isn’t a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you’re experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call or text 988 (in the U.S.).

10. Your results

Your growth is yours. You’re responsible for your own decisions and actions, and we can’t guarantee any specific outcome.

11. Our materials

Program materials, including videos, audio, workbooks, frameworks, and app content, belong to Purposefull, Inc. and are for your personal use. Please don’t copy, share, or resell them.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

14. Updates and questions
