This policy explains what information Purposefull, Inc. (“we,” “us”) collects through our programs, sessions, website, and app, and how we use it. It applies to The Other Side of Fear and coaching with Slade Combs.

Contact and account details, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
Payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t see or store your full card number.
Session recordings, as described in our Terms of Service.
What you share in our programs, such as exercises, messages, community posts, and conversations with our AI tools.
Basic website and app usage information, such as pages visited and device type, collected through analytics tools and cookies.
2. How we use it
To deliver our programs, sessions, app, and AI tools.
To schedule sessions, process payments, and send receipts and program updates.
To share session replays with program participants, and to use recordings and testimonials in our marketing, as described in our Terms of Service.
To improve our programs, website, and services.
To meet legal and tax requirements.
3. Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with:
Service providers that help us run our business, such as payment processing, video calls, email, hosting, analytics, and AI providers that power our AI tools. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
Other participants in your program, through session recordings and community features.
The public, through marketing content as described in our Terms of Service.
Authorities, if required by law.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal requirements, and for the purposes described in our Terms of Service.
5. Keeping it safe
We use reasonable measures and trusted providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your information seriously.
6. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing admin@purposefull.ai. Some information may need to be kept for legal reasons or as described in our Terms of Service. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, and we’ll honor them as required by law. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime using the link in the email.

Our programs are intended for adults 18 and older.
